Introducing the Project resolution on the establishment of integrated multifunctional helicopter centers "Heliports of Russia". Our mission - the development of High Speed helicopter service in Russia, the multifunctional helicopter centers throughout the country.

Our objectives:

- The list of supplied and serviced in the future aircraft in the Russian aviation market.

- Popularization of the helicopter services as quick, easy and safe mode of transport.

- The creation of a network multifunction Helicopter Centers, better transport links between various regions and cities, the creation of new industrial areas and, as a consequence, new jobs.

The draft "Heliports of Russia" to date, is composed of three companies: Heliport Moscow, Heliport Istra, Heliport Ulyanovsk.

"Heliport Moscow" is Russia’s largest multifunctional complex, where, after the completion of construction will be able to base 250 units of aircrafts. Today center infrastructure provides basing 70 helicopters and support 180 helicopters. Park BC consists of: Robinson (R 44/ R (66) - 30 used, Airbus Heliсоpter (EC 130 T 2/ as 350 B 3 E) - in property 3 used + in the office 2 used, Bell - 2 used (Bell 407, Bell 429).

"Heliport Istra" (previously known as"Aviamarket") joined the helicopter network at the beginning of the year. In connection with the restructuring the company has undergone structural and qualitative changes in the strategy and tactics of business, while maintaining our leadership position in the market private and corporate aircraft. To date, this is one of the most transparent business structures in the area selling aviation technology. "Heliport Istra" - is Russia’s largest official dealer of Robinson. Based on its model, we are currently constructing service station’s of the world’s leading helicopter companies such as Bell, Agusta, Eurocopter.

"Heliport Ulyanovsk" is created with the use of the latest technology that will allow us to go to the regional markets, to get new customers and interesting contracts.

The main project activities are sold on the Russian market to private and corporate customers, of the foreign brands Robinson, Bell, Airbus helicopters, the member states, as well as providing

customers with the full range of services for exploitation, refute, the flights, maintenance, selection and training pilots and technicians.

Current project is "Heliports of Russia" has its own base, to enable a full range of service basing (market share of 65 %), certified service basic models foreign helicopters that are used in the Russian Federation (the share of 45 %), the implementation of the commercial flights (the share of 35 %), unique for the Russian market for the technology in the service of the training pilots (the share of 50 %), sales (percentage of 28 %), after-sales service helicopters (the share of 60 %).

The Government agreed on a program for the development of helicopter services in the Moscow Region, which includes the construction of 65 helicopter landing sites of different formats: from large helicopter hubs and heliports in the industrial cities to sites for medical purposes, as well as sports helipads and helipads in the cultural centers of the region.
