Congratulations on applying for the position of Organizing Committee President of the Newees Recruitment 2012. Recruitment is one of the major events of the AIESEC calendar and the experience of running such an event is one of the most intense that AIESEC has to offer. The quality of the recruitment has a direct impact on the sustainability of the LC and its ability to perform in the future. Without the right kind of members the LC cannot perform at its best thus the importance of the recruitment cannot be overstated.

The most important part of AIESEC is people.

They are those who make the organization significant and help its progress.

Therefore recruiting the right people is paramount.

Being a part of such process is a great challenge.

Job purpose:

The OCP of “Newees recruitment” provides leadership and management of the project ensuring effective deployment of the team and quality project’s realization.

Job responsibilities:

· Goals of the project setting

· Planning the project

· Team members selection

· Task division between members

· Delegation of tasks and control over achievement

· Tracking timelines on all the stages

· Coordination of team members: setting interactions in tasks

· Team communication: OCMs, online communication, team rules setting

· Team building, effective collaboration of team members

· R&R, motivation of team members

· Controlling over education achieved by members from LC VPs, Coordinators

· Finance management (controlling or delegation to one of team members)

· Reporting to project manager on tasks fulfilled, goals achieved

· Control of personal development of the team members

· Project’s evaluation

· Coordinate the project’s financial side
