GRAMMAR: Present Continuous

He/she/ it is eating | He/she/it isn’t eating | Is he/she/it eating? |
We are eating | We’re not eating | Are we eating? |

We form the Present Continuous like this:be+ing form. Eg. I am eating We use Present Continuous: · to talk about actions and situations in progress now: The bus is coming · to talk about actions and situations in progress around now but not exactly at the moment we speak: What are you doing this days? – I’m learning Spanish. · We don’t usually use Present Continuous to talk about opinions or thoughts: I like tennis (NOT I’m liking tennis) We don’t usually use this verbs in Present Continuous tense: like know hate love understand believe mean remember want |
