Overview - Ali Mullah Calangute resident and shop owner moved to Goa from Jaipur approximately 7 yrs ago with his wife. He is a social media troll that likes and comments on as many woman’s profiles and pictures as he can. He then adds them as a friend, once added he sends an invite to stay at his house in Goa. He starts off by sending pictures of his jewelry shop and morning pictures of ‘good morning have a nice day’! Building a rapport as a good community citizen, he offers his victims free accommodation in his 2 bedroom house near the beach. Once there you are taken to a 1 bedroom flat. When questioned he will tell you he lives with his parents and the flat is yours to use. He lives with his wife and children and parents live in Jaipur.

He will provide help, food and flowers, all part of his scam, also letting him self into the flat anytime of the day or night, therefore no privacy and will not leave if you are in the shower.

He will take you to nightclubs with offers of alcohol, drive you back to his flat and tell you he needs something from inside his flat. Once inside he takes advantage. He says, all woman come to Goa for sex. If you are caught up by his lies, he will then give you a piece of jewelry from his shop, mostly a ring with a cheap stone. Next day he will take you to his shop and persist you buy his overpriced, inferior jewelry. Then offer to take you shopping at traders shops where he gets paid commission, regardless of whether you buy or not. If you do make a purchase his commission is 40%.

Once back home in your country he will Skype you, send text messages of I miss you so much and have you eaten today, how’s your health; face book messages and pictures of ‘I love you” every morning and evening and if your lucky you may get a call on the odd occasion.. And let’s not forget the marriage proposals.

When he feels he has won you over he will ask you to send money so he can visit you in your country or possibly move there. He will tell you he has little money and his father won’t help. He will tell you he will bring jewelry with him to sell and make a little business and promises to pay it back. Quote; I’m doing this for you! After you send the money he will tell you he has guests now but will come in 2 months. All the while he already has another victim or is working on more.

Many women have been scammed by this lowlife out of thousands of dollars. This is a business to him and he won’t stop until action is taken against him.

I have received many similar stories from different woman who are embarrassed at being scammed and wish to remain anonymous. They have sent photos of rings on their fingers and messages of love and marriage proposals.

The jewelry he sells is of poor quality and the fraudulent valuation certificate he gives states the hugely inflated price he sold it to you for. I personally purchased jewelry to find out once home, to be valued at ¼ of the price and the stones of very poor quality. He rents one shop and is not a manufacturer, importer or exporter and works with other jewelry businesses and takes commission.

He married a Russian with fake papers obtained from Delhi after paying a bribe. She did not know of the scam. He used this woman to purchase the flat he now uses in Calangute as his brothel. He stole her money and treated her so badly she left after he threatened her.

He has been questioned by Baga Beach Goa police for prostitution.

He has a number of Russian women that come to Goa each year to work as prostitutes with him paying them commission. They solicit themselves on local beaches and nightclubs with him acting as their pimp. I personally witnessed this with an unemployed Russian and her 2yr old child, coming to Goa to solicit herself and make money.

This conman gives Goa and India a bad reputation and certainly doesn’t help tourism. He needs to be stopped from harming any more people. Please help by exposing him for who he really is. I’m calling on media outlets to help expose this lowlife. I have evidence if necessary to prove this statement.
