OCP Application

' Summer Camp' is the national educational social project, the main goal of which is improving the level of English, the development of leadership skills and familiarization of Ukrainian youth with existing opportunities in order to help them in their conscious choice of future profession.
In summer 2010 more than 100 interns from such countries as Great Britain, Italy, China, the Netherlands, Check Republic, Turkey, Taiwan and others were given an opportunity to develop educational process in Ukraine.
Goals of the project:
• improve the knowledge of English language and broaden their worldview through the opportunity to communicate with foreign specialists, representatives of different countries and cultures during educational trainings and seminars;
• to activate their civil position;
• to develop organizational and leadership skills through conducting of educational projects in the area of management and marketing;
• children’s awareness of crucial problems in society and finding the ways of their solutions in discussion clubs of the camp;
• to motivate children for further personal and professional development.

All applications must be accompanied by the following

OCP Role Description

Job purpose:

The OCP of “Summer Camps” provides leadership and management of the project ensuring effective deployment of the team and quality project’s realization.

Job responsibilities:

· Detailed explanation of positions and responsibilities in the team

· Control of team’s level of education

· Definition of project’s strategy and goals

· Creation of project’s plan and timeline

· Management of the team

· Control of realization of the project’s activities in compliance with the deadlines

· Control of personal development of the team members

· Project’s evaluation
