AIESEC in Ukraine

OCP Application

Thank you for being interested in applying for OCP. This questionnaire is an opportunity for AIESEC in Ukraine to get to know your ideas and profile. Make sure this application reflects you, your perspectives and personality.

This application is divided into 3 parts: Introduction, Past Experience and General Questions.

All applications must be submitted in the following way:

Application deadlines

· For All Candidates: 12 th of February 2012

Projects:

Summer Camp: goal of the project is to bring exchange participants to different Crimean camps in the summer time. With this they will get to know our beautiful country while its warm outside and they will also give children participating in these camps an experience they probably never had before.

FinCo&SellCo is the conference for students and graduates to develop their knowledge and to communicate with experts in financial area.

OGX team. OGX Team leader is responsible in coordinating of his/her project in order to achieve the planned results for the period/team, as well as to ensure the development of the members. S/he is working closely with VP OGX as his/hers functional coach.

OGX Crimea. The same as OGX team but in the hole Crimea.

Career Forum in this projectthe youth of our city will have the opportunity to talk personally with representatives of leading Ukrainian and international companies, learn about the trend of business development programs, work with staff and available vacancies.

Partnership Event. The main goal of the project is to make the activity of AIESEC Simferopol visible for our current and potential partners. This time the format of event should be different and catching for the companies.

Speaking Club. Commercial PboX. The main goal is to organise clubs for people to learn languages.

Discover Asia. Project like globall village but there are only Asia countries.

OCP Role Description

Main responsibilities:

· OC team selection and management.

· Creation together with his team members the identity of his team including vision, principles and way of working.

· (If it is PBoX) Creation of a PBoX plan and setting goals together with a team and follow the plan during the period of planning and realization.

· Organization of weekly meetings with project team.

· Identifying resources needed and dividing responsibilities.

· Tracking and evaluation team’s activity on a weekly basis.

· Management of a project budget together with finance responsible.

· Keeping project team well informed of changes within the organization.

· Motivation of a team to work together in the most efficient manner.

· Run feedback sessions at least twice during the project.

· Reward best performing members in the team.

· Make final evaluation of the project.
