II. Read the text and be ready to do the tasks:
I am a freshman at Kharkiv Trade and Economics College.
I am eager to tell you about my usual working day. My classes begin at 8.30 a.m., so on week-days I have to get up at 7.15 a.m. As a rule the alarm-clock wakes me up and my working day begins. I turn on the radio and listen to it while washing myself and brushing my teeth. After that I get dressed, comb my hair and put on a light make-up. Then I have a light breakfast – some sandwiches or cookies and a cup of tea or coffee.
I live rather close to the college and it usually takes me about ten-fifteen minutes to get there by bus. Sometimes when the weather is fine and I have enough time, I go there on foot. Besides, walking helps to be always in a good form.
Our classes begin at 8.30 in the morning. As a rule we have three or four classes a day. Occasionally I have to stay at college after classes. I go to the library where I get ready for my practical classes or write a report.
When I come home in the evening, I have supper and share the news with my parents. Sometimes I watch TV, or mix with my friends. By the end of the working day I feel both – tired and satisfied.
At about 11p.m. I go to bed to get up early next morning and to begin everything anew.
