THE ISLAND On June 4^th 2003, a South African engineer called Steve Nicholson set off to sail from Cape Town to Perth, Australia, in his 12-metre yacht. Travelling with him were his wife, Alice, and their two children, James (17) and Penny (15). Unfortunately they never arrived at their destination…
