Traditional company structure

Each company is headed by the President or the Chief Executive Officer. He works together with the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors makes the policy decisions, looks after the financial interests of those who elect them. The Board of Directors appoints one of their members to the position of Managing Director who is in charge of the day-to-day running of the company. The departmental managers are responsible to the Managing Director and run their departments. Each department consists of different divisions. The department deals with business spheres, the division deals with a separate task. Each division is led by the division manager who is responsible to the departmental manager.
