The articles cover more then a hundred and fifty year period of the Far East Cossacks history. Articles can be divided into 3 blocks: before the October Revolution period, civil war period and the following years (including immigration period). This method gives opportunity to examine actual problems in different periods of Cossacks history. Questions of colonization and assimilation are covered, including individual villages and stanitsa. The problems of white guard movement unity are analyzed; individual characters — leaders of the Cossacks — are described. Problems of Cossacks immigrations and development of political system are examined. These articles will be useful not only to scientists but also to everyone who is interested in the history of the Far East Cossacks.
