Replenish depleted nutrient stores from eating excess refined foods over time.
SUPERFOODS
Eat superfoods often as possible. Make and eat/drink bone broth and liver regularly (recipe here). Make sauerkraut (recipe here) and eat it daily (1/4 cup), especially with breakfast to aid in gastrointestinal motility & eliminations.

Cancer cells feed on sugar; they have about eight times the receptors for sugar as normal cells. Eat only nutrient-dense carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and fruits.
ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, NICOTINE & MSG (MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE)
These are products that require detoxification and/or may have some neurotoxic effects.
