In late 2011, Vnesheconombank (VEB) has acquired shares of a Cyprus registered company Devenny Holdings Limited. The bank's share in the paid-in share capital amounts to 13.2%, in ordinary shares – 10.78%.[61] Devenny, in turn, owns 99.99% of the holding company Compulink Group.

Another powerful source of influence on the company is government contracts. For example, in 2009 Compulink’s revenue decreased by 3 bln rub because it lost the state contract.[62]

Internationalization

Compulink has representative offices in Kazakhstan and Ukraine – Compulink Central Asia and Compulink East Europe. Not only do these offices operate in Ukraine and Kazakhstan but also they represent the entire range of Compulink’s solutions in the regions by the construction, implementation, support and integration of complex information systems to enhance business efficiency.[63]
