Full Membership Criteria: General

Everyone who desires to become a full member of the organization is required to:

1. Be a part of the organization at least 3 months (8 weeks) since the moment of joining;

2. Attend 70% of LC and own team’s meetings;

3. Attend trainings and team buildings;

4. Complete any project or any other achievements within the organization;

5. Be a buddy or hoster for an intern;

6. Give training or session;

7. Attend local and national conferences;

8. Be Active!

If you decide to become a full member of AIESEC, you will have to:

1. Actively participate in elections for leadership positions;

2. Attend important LC meetings;

3. Attend trainings and team buildings;

4. Push your progress forward!

5. Be Active!

If you will become a full member you will:

· Gain new and develop old of your various soft skills

· Learn a lot about new cultures

· Develop your English

· Right to vote on elections

· Discount on organization fee for internship 30%

· Discounts on local, national, and international conferences (determined by current VP Finance)

· Right to be a coacher for members

· Right to become VP, LCP, or Alumni

The Full membership status is assigned for 1 year. In case if a full member would not fulfill his or her responsibilities or match all the criteria, Executive Board has the right to remove the status of the Full member from an individual.
