Abstracts:

Abstract (up to 300 words) should be submitted before 1^st of May 2013 written in English.

*Registration fees:

Participants	1000 $ US	full board hotel accommodation in Sea Star -Beau Rivage hotel in Hurghada during conference days; welcome reception; access to scientific sessions and book of abstracts, coffee breaks and geologic field excursion.
Accompanying person	900 $ US	full board hotel accommodation in Sea Star -Beau Rivage hotel in Hurghada during conference days; welcome reception and coffee breaks.
Students	700 $ US	full board hotel accommodation in Sea Star -Beau Rivage hotel in Hurghada during conference days; welcome reception; access to scientific sessions and book of abstracts, coffee breaks and geologic field excursion.

Registration Fees payable in Cash on Registration Desk during the meeting.

Post conference excursions:

1- September,12: One day trip to Luxor: Visit Pharaonic archeological sites and temples (including lunch) and return to Hurghada

(fees: $ 100).

2- September,13:: One day trip by boat to Sharm El Sheikh to spend the day at

Marhaba Beach-1 resort (including lunch) and return to Hurghada.

(fees: $ 150).

7, 8, 9 Sept.	Opening & Scientific sessions
10 Sept.	Geologic field excursion (Hurghada–Safaga–Quseir -Qift road)*
11 Sept.	Day for free scientific discussions and free time
12 Sept.	Optional Archeologic trip to Luxor
13 Sept.	Optional trip to Sharm El Sheikh

Geologic field excursion covers:

V The coastal Red Sea area (Hurghada- Quseir) and visit to outcrops of Miocene sediments and a Phosphate Mine.

v Pre-rift sequence (Nubia S.S. – Lower Eocene) outcrops.

V Precambrian crystalline Igneous and Metamorphic sequence and a visit to Fawakhir Gold Mine
