Single room: Standard 2.900,- CZK per person/night, including breakfast,

only 20 single rooms are available at the hotel

Double room: Standard 3.450,- CZK per room/night, including breakfast

Superior 3.900,- CZK per room/night, including breakfast

Business 4.400,- CZK per room/night, including breakfast

If OREA Hotel Pyramida is fully booked, organizer will offer participants alternative hotel.

Note 1: All athletes, coaches, referees and officials from each federation have to book their rooms by the organizer and have to stay in the official hotel during the championship. If athletes, coaches, referees or officials do not stay in the official hotel during the championship, they will be obliged to pay an administration fee of 100 EUR per person to the organizer. Failure to comply will have the effect that they will not receive accreditation and will be excluded from that championship (By-Laws 105.4.4).

Note 2: The organizer will not be responsible for any hotel bills of the participating nations. All delegates must

pay directly their rooms by bank transfer or at the arrival at the Championship office.

Payable by:

1. credit card (+ 5% bank fee)
2. cash (CZK or EUR according to the current exchange rate)
3. Bank transfer - on the basis of requirements of participants against the invoice (CZK or EUR according to the current exchange rate). Payment must be received at the bank account mentioned on the invoice at the latest 7 days prior to the beginning of the Championship.

Note 3:

23 ^rd August 2015 is the latest date for any removal of nominated lifters, cancellation of booked hotel

rooms or change in the number of ordered banquet tickets.

If not cancelled in time, federations have to pay the reserved hotel rooms (if the hotel require such

payment), the participation fee, the doping fee and the banquet fee for all lifters and officials specified at

the final nomination form.

For referees is 23 ^rd August 2015 the latest day for changes of categories for which referee has been

allocated in the final nomination which his national Federation sent to Championships Secretary.

The referee’s nomination is posted on the IPF website in Referees/Jury duty section. If referees do not

indicate changes to the Championships Secretary during that time, referees are obliged to be available

for the original categories according to

Arrivals/Transportation:

Transport from Prague airport to OREA Hotel Pyramida.

When arriving 1 person: 700,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 2 people: 350,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 3 people: 250,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 4 people: 200,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 5 to 6 people: 250,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 7 to 8 people: 200,- CZK per person/ one way

When arriving 9 to 10 people: 250,- CZK per person/one way

When arriving 11 to 15 people: 200,- CZK per person/one way

When arrivind 16 to 37 people: 150,- CZK per person/one way

Price of transport must be paid at arrival at the championships office. Any national team will not be accredited until the reserved transportation has been paid.

Please send therefore your detailed travel itinerary to Lucie Kanturkova, so that the transfer can be provided. If you order the transport, you must pay for it even if you later decide not to use it.

Scales: Scales available at the venue and at the hotel

Training: One training platform with approved powerlifting equipment and with max 450 kg will be available on competition days (exact times to be announced at the Technical meeting).
