Russia Students entry to The Festival of World Cups 2013

Dear Sir/Madam

Please consider this letter as a formal endorsement for the Russian Student Rugby League team to enter the United Kingdom to participate in the Festival of Rugby League World Cups.

The Festival of World Cups is a series of five competitions being run by The Rugby Football League. There will be competitions for the students, armed forces, police, women’s and wheelchair.

The Student World Cup, in which the Russian team are participating, will take place at venues across West Yorkshire and is an amateur sports competition with no prize money or payments being made by the competition organisers. The first fixture for the competition is on Thursday 4^th July, with the final taking place on Sunday 14^th July. More information on the competition can be obtained from the website at www.rlfowc2013.com

The team have already paid for their participation in the competition and for the duration of the 1^st July – 15^th July 2013, all their accommodation, food, travel (including travel to and from Manchester Airport) and domestic costs have already been paid to The Rugby Football League.The Rugby Football League will arrange for all of the afore mentioned to services to be provided for the duration of the stay.
