In the field of modern telecommunications network access problem remains one of the most important. XDSL technology provides individual access over existing telephone lines at the lowest cost, but it is severely limited in speed. Because it is a technology for the most part do not meet the increasing demands of consumers, because of the competition by using a shared medium bandwidth for each user is clearly insufficient. Since then accordingly we say in the article Power Line Communications (PLC) technology. The principle of the construction of the network continues PLC technology.PLC technology is based on the use of power for high-speed external telecommunication equipment is placed on the local substation or switchboard and connected to an IP-backbone upper level and to the mains.

To select a technology designed network must know the load that will be on the network. Each technology involves its service performance data flows circulating in the network: bandwidth, latency, and reliability. Depending on the load on the network will be a certain level of service that defines a particular network technology. For the calculations we used a standard method of coefficients of mutual attraction. Table 1 shows the result of the calculation load on the network transport channels connecting the core routers.
