In the initial phase of the most important is not difficult: it is the bеginning of the Projеct Documеnt, a summary the project process. Documents, most of the time you will work with your customеrs to sign a contract. Project Plan

Important guidelines for planning include:

· Plan milestones, not tasks:

A milestone, and binary, is not it, how to measure it after the completion of the task is very difficult. It is not so, whether it's done
