Вы необязательно научитесь чему-либо из своего опыта. Ведение все большего числа групп может означать скорее повторение одного и того же, нежели наработку новых навыков и понимания. Иногда требуется нечто большее, чем простое аккумулирование опыта: внимательное и критическое осмысление последовательных опытов и использование в своей работе различных перспектив. Что касается последнего, то меня поразил тот факт, что все вопросы, предложенные в этой главе в качестве руководства к обучению на опыте, в том или ином виде подразумевают сопоставление нескольких перспектив. Либо вы сравниваете свое ретроспективное понимание со своим пониманием в данный момент, либо собственную перспективу с перспективой членов группы, либо свое виґдение с виґдением коллег. Многие ранее предложенные методы обучения имеют тот же характер: сравнение собственной точки зрения с точкой зрения коллеги, которому вы излагаете содержание сеанса; сравнение своей точки зрения с точкой зрения коллег при прослушивании или просмотре записей сеанса; сравнение собственной точки зрения при просмотре записи собственной работы, с тем, какой она вам казалась в то время. В каждом случае выявление сходств и различий, стремление их понять и готовность пересмотреть свои собственные представления — это путь к каким-то достижениям. Если вы планируется для себя подобную учебную деятельность, то ни один опыт не пройдет для вас даром. Можно не сомневаться, что, работая с каждой последующей группой, вы приобретете большую компетентность и уверенность.
