Some Music?

Wherever you turn your head to, there's always one thing around you-music. It's almost impossible to escape from it, even you want to. It thunders out of every high street shop, blasts out of car and van windows, hisses through other people's stereos on public transport, lulls you in hotel lobbies and restaurants. You see music is everywhere. Whether if s a theatre, a ballet, a cinema, an opera, a variety show, television or radio-it is always there! There's even music in our speech! Guess you heard is quite a time: to sing the blues, to match to a different drummer, to face the music, off-beat, to tune up and all that jazz! But what is so specific about music that makes people be haunted by it makes them murmur it in public places or scream it at the top of their voice when taking shower? As the dictionary defines it, it's the arrangement of sounds made by the instruments or voices in a way that is pleasant or exciting! But as it turns out it's far more than this. Of course, music is like a reflection in the mirror: everyone sees a different picture. For some music is just a source of entertainment. For some music is a certain sense of motion, it's a means of keeping abreast of times. For others music provides a good company. You can never feel lonely when listening to it. It’s your soul mate. When life gives you cold feet it encourages you to stand up when you are on your knees. Music is a comfort: if s your covers and your pillow, a pleasure to the ear. Music is subjugator: it enslaves your mind and heart and as a result you give in to the unconditionally. Music is drugs: once you've tried it-you'll be searching for another dose again. Music is a disies, incurable and contagious. Music is like a flower: it blooms withers with time. But there are those "gold oldies" that are everlasting and stay evergreen, especially the ones of one's heart. Music is freedom. They say freedom comes when you learn to let go...I guess the past? And the problem with pasts is what they leave behind. There are always some items of your luggage that tend to come up when most unexpected. So, music helps you redo your wardrobe and use your past as a means of building up your future. Music is a universal language. Moreover; there are no social barriers in music. Everyone is equal, whether you are black or white, irrespective of where you from or what you believe in. Music bridges gaps and brings people from different cultures together. There'll never be any misunderstanding. As you see, music is life. It's the expression of the society and of human beings in general. And at different periods of history It was different. Well, I should say, the 1-st place in this hierarchy takes place classical music which despite time will stand no competition. I suppose all of us know about the healing power of Mozart's and Bach's.In this line go Schubert and Straus, Verdi and Vivaldi and many others. Orchestral and chamber music are also in a class of their own. True to say jazz music finds a great amount of its lovers. Perhaps the clue to it ties in the combinations of the primitive and sophisticated, the cultivated and vernacular, and the intense rhythms of the West Africa's jungle coupled with melodic invention. However, young people nowadays gravitate towards new rhythms. And no doubt; nothing has been so far reaching in its effect on people as pop music and country music more recently. And I can't but admit that many more have stacked to hard rock, heavy metal, and punk and rap music. There is no accounting for tastes. Hence there's music to dance; music to chill and even music to work to. To me, music is an essential part of life. Music is merit makes me and it breaks merit gives me butterflies. It makes me smile and if you could ever see the pain cry, heck, let it be a song. Music makes me up in the morning and cradles me at night. When I listen to music it's like a rain shower, I love every minute of it. Music always catches my heartbeat.Every melody each note speaks to my heart and all the lyrics are just telling a story in my life. How can something take me so far away from me? Fast or slow, it takes me where I want to go.It taps into my deepest and wildest emotions, quenches my heart desires and helps me to find me. I'm all into it, I'm lost in it and whenever three's music, there's me.
