The undersigned acknowledge they have reviewed the project and authorize the project. Changes to this project charter will be coordinated with and approved by the undersigned or their designated representatives.
Carrying out project work
The competition was held on 22nd of November.
Аfter the competition the winners are awarded different prizes and diplomas respectively. On this stage, all the stakeholders that I mentioned above should be supporting the project, and all the preparation work should be done. All participants presented. Entries evaluated by the judge and determined the best and highest-quality 3 works and accordingly got their bonus points.
Closing project
By discipline "Project management", we learned what is the role and responsibility of project manager, how to properly organize the project (competition) and so on. I think my project helped for all participants to gain experience in sphere 3D Graphics (Creating video) and students will have opportunity to represent their knowledge to the future.
Lesson learned
At the end of competition we held a survey on the organization of the competition (by participants). I gave survey to all participants of the competition and they choose own opinion.

From this picture we know that for graduates students these types of competitions useful and will help when enter for a Master's.
In the beginning there were difficulties on the part of students: there was no desire to do videos. And I am with my team members (Moldir Mukhambetova and Anel Auezova) asked to the sponsor Iuliya Sutchenko that she added to for the best 3 works respectively bonus points and she agreed with us. Also we organized a mini- furshet.
After that began the interest of students and they started to make their videos.
Three students have the best creative videos and they have special effects for videos.
In conclusion, I want to point you that the judge in the future want to recommend students: Orazbayeva Meruert, Saniya Opabekova and Zhuranov Turlybek to enroll to Masters.
