Basic Project Design Solutions

4.1 The means of the closed video monitoring system are chosen and installed in compliance with the appropriate acting standards and regulations in consideration of the object’s purpose and significance.

4.2 The basic elements of the video monitoring include the digital video-registration (event data recording based) system, installed within the server room in the engineering building 2 and (PC-based) remote work places.

4.3 IP-video cameras installed in the engineering building №2 (numeration starts with 1).

Tubular IP-cameras Merit Lilin IPG1022ES with Computar TG4Z2816FCS-MPIR object lenses are installed in airtight casings Merit Lilin PIH-5063 and provide video recording in the following areas:

- Painting and finishing works (15);

- Central helicopter disassembly and repair works room.

4.4 IP-video cameras installed in the Engineering building №1 (numeration starts with 2).

Box IP-camera Merit Lilin IPG1022ES with Computar TG4Z2816FCS-MPIR objective lenses installed in airtight casings Merit Lilin PIH-5063 and provide video recording in the following areas:

- Switching node # 1

- Chassis testing area

- The central helicopter disassembly and repair room

4.5 Outdoor IP-cameras (numeration starts with 3).

Three types of IP-cameras are used to provide outdoor video-monitoring. Robotized outdoor camera Merit Lilin IPS6228M (3.11) is installed at the corner of the engineering building #1 to provide outdoor monitoring of the area in general.

Outdoor IP-camera Merit Lilin IPR722S4.3 (3.13) is installed at the emergency exit of the engineering building #1 and pointed at the smoking area.

Tubular video-cameras Merit Lilin IPG1022ES are installed to providemonitoring of the area perimeter, enterprise entrance and exit drives. IP-camera in 3.18 is installed in Merit Lilin PIH-5063 casing. The rest of the tubular cameras are installed in casings provided with Videotek HEG37K1A018 screen-wipers. Objective lenses Computar AG4Z1214KCS-MPIR are installed at cameras 3.6 - 3.8, 3.14 and 3.15. For the rest of the cameras Computar TG4Z2816FCS-MPIR lenses are used.

4.6 Small-cased IP-cameras are installed around the enterprise premises.

Dome cameras Merit Lilin IPD2220ES4.3 are installed to monitor the following areas:

- Processing of transmission units (1)

- Hoses and pipes repairs (3)

- Radio compass and stations repairs (4)

- Plastic and composite materials production (6).

4.7 Paragraph "technical device description" of the attachment provides full characteristics of the cameras.

4.8 Video Server is installed in the server room, on the 2nd floor of the engineering building #2.

4.9 The following switches are used to arrange a local IP video monitoring network at the area of «AAL Group Ltd» heliport:

- Cisco Catalyst WS-C2960G-8TC-L и Cisco SB SRW248G4P-K9-EU, installed in the server room of the engineering building #2

- Cisco SB SRW248G4P-K9-EU installed in the switching node #1 of the engineering building #1

- Cisco SB SF100D-08P-EU installed in the switching nodes #2, #3, #4 in the "radio compasses repairs room", "plastic and composite materials production rooms| and security control point.

4.10 Merit Lilin software is used to organize the video monitoring system. The software is installed over the licensed Microsoft Windows 7 Professional OS

and provides a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to work with the information:

- perform automatic or manual adjustment of the image parameters

- monitor signal deterioration or loss

- search information by time, date or camera id number

- export the video into a format viewable on any computer.
