12. In the FISMM text, the goal indicators under each domain assist measurement of the outcomes related to the domain. During implementation, these goal indicators can be supplemented by appropriate performance indicators to measure performance at a process level to indicate whether a goal is likely be met or not. Sample performance chart showing relative performance for selected domains in Period 1 and Period 2 is shown in Figure 6 below.
