Customer: Two adults.

Travel agent: Can you tell me your name please?

Travel agent: And the other passenger?

Travel agent: OK. It’s quite available.

Customer: Do we have to change?

Travel agent: No it’s a direct flight. Here are your tickets. These are for the outward journey - Moscow to Berlin on flight SN 862 at 18.00 on the 5^th of January. And these are for the return journey - Berlin to Moscow on DSN 863 at 15.00 on the 25^th of January. Don’t forget to be at the airport 45 minutes before departure time.

Customer: Can you tell me exchange rate for US dollar?

I would like to change money. Do you accept credit card?

Legal adviser: Airport service charge you pay when you buy your tickets.

Customer: What goods should tourists declare?

Legal adviser: Tourists should declare goods which are more than the duty –free allowances.

Customer: When must passengers report at the check-in desk?

Legal adviser: Passengers must report at the check-in desk 45 minutes before departure time.

Customer: Can you tell me general information about visa requirements?

Legal adviser: You can apply for a visa at the embassy for several weeks beforehand. You also may apply for a visa through the post. You should have completed visa application form, your passport, a receipt showing payment of the visa application fee, a passport-sized colour photo.
