Finance manager (advisory services)

IFC's Partnerships and Advisory Services Operations Department (CPA) enhances Advisory Services (AS) through streamlined operations timely and accurate analysis and reporting, effective partnership development and training IFC is recruiting a Finance Manager, Advisory Services who will lead the Finance and Risk Management Unit of CPA, provide strategic advice to the AS management team, assess the performance of AS against budget and plans, improve processes risk management and reporting shortfalls in a large, internationally dispersed organization, and develop funding plans incorporating IFC, donor and client funding. Requirements:

• MBA and/or CPA and 15+ years of broad experience in a financial management function, ideally in a professional services environment.

• Successful experience working with multi-cultural teams dispersed across several continents.

• Capacity to translate a strategic vision into an operational model.

• Demonstrated ability to make technical choices and implement improved systems and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
