Translate the following sentences into Russian paying attention to the words in the bold type.

We are steadily finding new means of protection from radiation. He always says what he means. The word “safe” means free form danger.

Radiation can produce burns and injuries of various kinds. People should be very kind to animals.

This clock doesn’t show the time: the hour hand is missing. We pull back our hands from a flame or very hot objects. On the one hand this research is very promising but on the other hand it is expensive and time-consuming.
