Location: Ireland, Co. Dublin

Organizers: Eurobug, International Youth Work Training and Collaboration Limited.

Trainers/Organizers: Aiste Slajute (Ireland), Jean-François ALBERGHI (Spain) and Maartje Bulthuis (The Netherlands)

Short Info:

During this TC in Ireland we choose to construct our program on 4 main bones: visibility, dissemination, communications and networking. We found that with new Erasmus+ program demand for more in deep TC´s on how to address areas such as dissemination is growing. As well as that, we believe that great work that has been done in youth/community organizations are often not well exposed and we would like to explore tools of how to make your projects visible and to celebrate all that good work that you do! Through our own experience in youth/community work field we found that organizations that have set communications systems in place are more productive and workers are simply happier! That is way we will dedicate some time during this TC to look at personal communication skills as well as to discuss possible communication systems that could be placed in your organizations if needed. As well as that, Networking Spaces will be provided during this TC in Co. Dublin. As Erasmus+ brought us wonderful opportunities for Strategic Partnerships we are aware that now, more than ever, meeting potential partners and having time to discuss ideas face to face is extremely important to ensure quality of Strategic Partnership Projects.

For this training course we invite participants working professionally or voluntarily with young people.

We would like to invite participants from European youth organizations that are already working or planning to work with Erasmus+ projects and are interested to explore areas of visibility, dissemination and communications in youth work. We are also looking for the participants of organizations that are willing to build up their European network. It is important that you are working with youth or/and community projects (professionally or voluntary) and will be able to implement the results from this TC back into your organisation. Most importantly we are looking for participants that are energetic and highly motivated to contribute to this TC course in Ireland!

Costs: The travel costs will be covered according to the new rules of Erasmus + Program, 15 euros participation fee is required, and accommodation and food will be covered by Erasmus+ program. 70% of travel price will be reimbursed to participants after the project.
