Venue and time:		St. Petersburg, Russia 02.05.2014-04.05.2014 Central Student Sports Palace, 16/6, pr., Novoizmaylovsky, «Park Pobedi» underground station
Participants:		Teams from Russia, Finland, Sweden, Holland, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, England, Austria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Moldavia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Mongolia and Armenia are to take part in the competition
Weight categories		D – boys born in 2003-2004: 29; 32, 35, 38, 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, +60 C – boys born in 2001-2002: 32, 35, 38, 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, 66, +66 B – senior boys born in 1998-2000 42, 46, 50, 55, 60, 66, 73, 81, +81 F – girls born in 1998-2000: 40, 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, 70, +70 A – juniors born in 1995-1997: 55, 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, +90
Weighing:		Central Student Sports Palace, 16/6, pr., Novoizmaylovsky, «Park Pobedi» underground station on 02.05.2014 from 9 a.m. till 6.00 p.m.
Additional weighing: (Central Student Sports Palace)		On 03.05.2014, groups С, B, F – from 10.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m.
Competition starts:		On 03.05.2014: group D – at 9.30 a.m., groups A – at 2.30 p.m., On 04.05.2014: group C – at 9.30 a.m., group B – at 1.00 p.m., group F – at 1.00 p.m.
Participants of the competition:		Must have the required athletic performance. At the weighing a participant must produce a personal identity document (traveller's passport). A participant who does not produce the said document at the weighing will not be admitted to the competition!
Catering and accommodation:		All transport, accommodation and catering expenses are to be borne by the seconding organizations: Hotel – EUR 20-50 per night per person
Terms of competition:		According to the Rules of the International Judo Federation, the system of holding the competition in each weight category is selected according to the number of participants Participants in groups A and B must have blue and white kimonos
Start fee:		The start fee is EUR 10 (according to the exchange rate of the RF Central Bank as of the moment) from a participant
