Property Details
Our villa is a great place for a family holiday or a quiet retreat. Each bedroom has remote control air conditioning / heating unit, central heating for chilly winter nights and large fitted wardrobes. Ayia Thekla is a much quieter and a more peaceful location so that you can enjoy peace and quiet as well as getting involved in the various activities that a resort like Ayai Napa can provide. The large garden is fully enclosed and private and the pool is large at 11x6m. The pool slopes from shallow to deeper. Landscaped garden with BBQ for outdoor dining. Off-road parking. Garden and poolside furniture.
Area Details
500m from the sea. 1km from secluded Ayia Thekla beach. 1km from Potamos harbour and local restaurants. 5 mins drive away is Cyprus's biggest water park. 10 mins drive is the town of Ayia Napa with its numerous shops, entertainment and beaches. Paralimni is the main commercial centre offering all conveniences such as two huge supermarkets where you can stock up your fridge and freezer

Travel Details
Local taxis are cheap and the best way to get about if you want public transport. To experience the real Cyprus a car is recommended. We have a 7 seater car that you can rent with the villa.

CASITA BUCERIAS is a newly renovated, newly decorated, 2 bedroom 2 bath private home with private pool. This lovely home is completely furnished with hand-crafted furniture by local craftsmen. The use of classic Mexican tile throughout the house gives it an old world charm. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove & oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, basic service for 5, refrigerator, and bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have provided our guests with plenty of colorful pool-friendly glasses and dishes so they may enjoy poolside dining and refreshments. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Throughout the Casita and pool area are large potted plants enhancing the look and feel of a tropical setting. From the rooftop terrace you can see the waters of the Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance - the perfect place to "catch some rays", enjoy a siesta, drinks or dinner. Sunset from the terrace is spectacular with ever changing colors as the sun sinks into the ocean.

Casita Bucerias is situated in the heart of the town of Bucerias and less than a block from one of the best beaches in Mexico.

Bucerias has a very good transportation system with buses running frequently two blocks from the property. A 24-7 taxi stand is located within 1 block of the property.

South Africa

Set in a valley between two oceans -- wonderful beach and mountain walks abound. Ten minute walk to family beach. Ten-minute drive to other (Atlantic) ocean and an unspoilt beach great for horse-riding. Many breathtaking scenic drives to other seaside villages with beautiful beaches.
The picturesque neighbouring fishing village is crammed with antique shops, art galleries, three theatres and excellent restaurants. The winelands are within easy reach with their beautiful estates and stately homes, with restaurants and cellars for wine tasting.

New Zealand (Christchurch)

Property Details

Our home is a cozy new home with 4 bdrms. We have two bathrooms and three toilets. Our property has a wonderful landcaped backyard. I am sure all our lovely neighbours would play host to you. There is a lovely spacious lounge which looks out to the city and the night city lights are stunning. Also a study, kitchen with all the necessities, and a spacious garage. A car would be useful to you however our transport system is very affordable. By the way, we also have 20 gorgeous goldfish to keep you company.

Christchurch is central for all activities and main cities within the South Island. There are the gorgeous Port Hills, mountain streams, swimable rivers, and scenic walking tracks. Christchurch offers day trips in & out of the city including the Hamner hot pools, Waipara winery, Kaikoura whale watching and the Southern Alps. We are located in a 5 minute walking distance from the central city and Shopping is to your hearts content. The local restaurants are divine.
