Threatening our planet is the grows of the world’s population especially in developing and poorest countries of Asia and Africa, where population grows id higher than industrial developed countries of Europe and America. 1) The fin it reason of growth is that the Asian and African people are poor are medicine. They don’t know the methods and accesses of contraception.

2)The second reason of growth is that the rising population leads to increasing of poverty and many diseases. 3)The next global factor of growth is the shortage of food. natural resources.the weak developing economy and forming. 4)The last problem of growth that the rising population leads to the greenhouse effect, to warning. To my mind to government of every country must find the right balance between rich and poor. Mass media, radio, television and the press must widen peoples knowledge in medical injections of contraception in different kinds, taking protections drugs and other ways. Maybe this nations will help to control and to stop population growth.

Japanese economic crumbles

Three or two decades ago Japan was the strongest and the mightiest country in Asia. Middle class citizens of Japan were able to buy a lot of things. To travel and to live in expensive apartments

Nowadays Japan was overtaken by rival China and South Korea. The Japanese suffer from shortage of money, food, medicine, living houses and other things. They don’t buy flashy, luxurious cars, computers and houses. They don’t travel anymore and they even have problems with mortgage of their houses. They can’t pay for it because they have no money. We hope that the Japanese economic situation will be stabile and normal.

Globalization let’s countries move closer to each other. People, companies and organizations in different countries can live and work together. We can exchange goods, money and ideas faster and cheaper than ever before. Globalization is not new. Many years ago people travelled across great distances and sold goods. Now trains and steam powered boats transported products farther and faster. The internet gives the countries the chance of reaching more costumers around the world. Today its easier for companies to work in other countries.

A good employer will choose an experienced worker at a higher salary because he knows an experienced worker deserves what he is paid. Qualified workers play the most important role an any business. They are expected and responsible to produce qualified products. Experience is one of valued merits of qualified worker, it means quality and efficiency. The employer pays more for an experienced worker because such a worker brings the employer much more than he is paid. To hire in experienced cheaper worker or an experienced expensive worker, it depends on the nature of the business and the position and personal preferences.
