Nominal fund of working time

Maximum possible fund of working time given the vacation is 24 calendar days.

Assignment 2

The quarter plan for manufacturing workshop is 620 sets of details. 8.2 hours of turning work and 7.1 hours of milling work are needed to produce one set of details.

Coefficient of fulfillment of norms of output at each type of work is 110 and 115% correspondingly

Planning quarter effective fund of working time of one worker is 458 hours.

Calculate necessary number of workers.

The company has 2000 units of equipment.

There are two shifts

Norm of service is 20 units of equipment per one mechanic.

Nominal fund of working time is 265 days

Planning effective fund of working time is 230 days

Determine changes in labour productivity in the planned year.

Yearly volume of production is 900 K units.,

labour intensiveness is 0.35 hours.

Duration of one shift is 8 hours.

Intrashift losses of time because of workers – 1.5%, regulated idle time – 3%.

Fulfillment of rate of output is 105%.

Number of working days in a year – 223.

Calculate necessary number of workers.
