TRANSLATION

44. Translate the sentences into English.

1. Коли востаннє я був в театрі, наші місця були недалеко від сцени, тому ми добре бачили сцену. Ми замовляли квитки наперед, і нам вдалося одержати місця в першому ряду бельетажу.

2. Дістати квитки на прем'єру цієї гастролюючої трупи було майже неможливо, їх просто не продавали. На квитковій касі висіла вивіска «Всі квитки продані», але ми все ж таки змогли одержати місця у проходу між рядами. І не пошкодували про це! Актори грали прекрасно, склад виконавців був підібраний чудово, а провідний виконавець чудово розкрив задум автора.

3. Ця постановка «Ромео і Джульєти» викликала велике захоплення. Перша сцена була просто чудовою! Всі глядачі прийшли від неї в повне захоплення. Після фінальної сцени, яка була надзвичайно драматичною, весь зал вибухнув аплодисментами, навіть другорядних діючих героїв викликали на біс.

4. П'єса, в якій грає цей актор, минулого разу провалилася, хоча генеральна репетиція провіщала успіх. Декорації були просто дивовижними, і коли піднялася завіса, всі затамували подих. На жаль, спектакль не виправдав наших надій. Щось трапилося з акторами, їх гра була неприродною і безбарвною. Актор, що грав головну роль, перегравав, а його напарник кілька разів забув слова.
