Abstract

In this research, a questionnaire that comprised of 130 questions was dispersed to a total of 47 participants that consisted of different age groups, gender, nationality and also work positions. The research population to which the questionnaire was dispersed to comprised of students from the Nottingham University. These respondents were people who currently are employed and have a stable job at a reputed organization. The researcher handed out hardcopies of the questionnaire as well as softcopies of the questionnaire via internet links to selected members of this research population. These questionnaires were completed and handed to the researcher for further an analysis. The main aim of the questionnaire was to determine find out how the research participants would rate themselves in relation to a number of matters such as job satisfaction, stress, personality and so on The statistical data was analyzed using mediation and moderation analyses. There will be three main parts of this research and these comprise of statistical analysis, preliminary analysis and main analysis. There will be two main research questions and two research hypothesis that will be used for this research.
