Since the beginning of the module, Company Project seems to be a challenge for me, due to the fact that I had luck of the Marketing and Project management knowledge. Moreover working in the team have never been so challenging for me. Furthermore, It was not just about the skills, knowledge and abilities working in a team, it was also about the correct implementation of all these aspects on the real project. However, as soon as we started brainstorming about the approaches to our objectives the project started to come more visible and measurable. All our objectives were covering different areas of the marketing what gave me an ability to apply the knowledge gained on the different modules during my degree and identify the weaknesses in it. Moreover, module gave an opportunity to fill the gap and gain the experience close to the real life business environment before join workplace in the real live.

However now a days, employee is not just looking on participant educational and fundamental knowledge, they also looking at the participant aptitude of working in team, gathering and analysing the information as well as the solving the problems, appearing during the project and keep project measurable within the deadline.

The first action, which my team and me did is narroving down the objective in order to be able to complite the project on time. This was complicated for me as i always
