Meeting with the client, brief
We all have been very passionate about the meeting with Founder of Magvault. During the meeting it was important to make a good impression on client as well as try to get as much relevant information as possible. During the Brief, while listening Magvault presentation and answers on our questions have identified for myself two alternative perspectives on this project: Marketing and Managerial perspective. I was really appreciated to try to adopt my Business and Management Bachelors knowledge as well as the knowledge I gained on Marketing Degree.
From the Marketing Perspective we as a team have to identify the strategic approach to detected approach. From the Management Perspective we have to identify the way in order to adapt these Marketing theories. Moreover, I was a bit stress, due to the fact that our group ended up with the 4 group members, which on my point of view were limited human resources for such broad project.
Group meetings
After the Brief we have meet up with group in order to allocate the task and separate the areas of the primary and secondary research. However, Shan and I have seen our brief objectives as too broad for the limited resources and time we had. Therefore we agreed to think about how we can cut them down without the losing an important areas of the research for Magvault. After we all brainstormed and narrow down over research objective we started allocating the tasks. I have volunteered to conduct and transcribe 5 experimental study interviews for our first objective, as well as I agreed to do Secondary research for the Revenue model part of the third Objective.
