1. The goal and tasks:

- Wide use of Pencak Silat in all-round and harmonious development of a person, formation of a healthy way of life, up-bringing of the youth in the spirit of internationality and patriotic.

- Popularisation of Pencak Silat in World as Indonesian national sport.

- Strengthening of friendly relations between sportsmen of different Worlds regions, of near and far abroad.
