Family traditions

There is no place like home. That is true. When I’m always miss my dear parents and there is a great joy of coming back and having the warmest feeling of returning home to my nearest and dearest people. That is because there is always consideration for others, warm-heartedness, understanding between us. I enjoy the honest and open relationship in my family. We always share our joys and sorrows with each other. So I can safely say that our family is a friendly one. We’ve got a lot of family traditions which make us even more united. We like to spend time together, discussing our plans, going on trips at weekends and on holidays. But most of all we like to celebrate family holidays together. It has become a tradition with us to mark Christmas and Easter, New Year’s Day and Women’s Day. Whatever it could be, we always keep birthdays of all the members of the family. But needless to say, our favourite holiday is our mother’s birthday. We look forward to the wonderful day to express our warmest feelings to her. Certainly we try not to upset her all year round, but her birthday has become a very special day in our family and we try to arrange everything well and make her birthday as happy and enjoyable as she makes home for us. Our mummy is the nicest mummy there could ever be. She feels affection for all of us, and she is always tender and patient to us. She is concerned about my future and never indifferent to my troubles. We all love her dearly, that’s why our greatest desire is to do something nice to please her.
