III. Translate into English:

1. Оборудование, указанное в 1 настоящего контрак­та, будет поставлено в следующие сроки.

2. Некомплектная отгрузка оборудования по Трансам не разрешается.

3. К указанным срокам оборудования должно быть из­готовлено, испытано, упаковано и поставлено ФОБ.

4. Датой поставки считается дата чистого бортового коносамента, выписанного на имя Покупателя/грузопо­лучателя.

5. Датой поставки считается дата штемпеля на ж/д на­кладной пограничной станции.

6. По получении указанного извещения Покупатель сообщает Продавцу название судна и дату его прибытия.

7. Продавец обязуется хранить за свой счет оборудова­ние в порту отправления в течение 20 дней.

8. По истечении указанных выше 20 дней оборудова­ние хранится за счет Покупателя.

9. За неизвещение или несвоевременное извещение о произведенной отгрузке оборудования Продавец уплачи­вает Покупателю штраф в размере 0,1% от стоимости от­груженного оборудования.

10. С капитанской почтой Покупателю должны быть направлены 2 копии коносамента.
