Dear Sir,
My husband and I have recently returned from your hotel. We chose this hotel in preference to many others as we were assured both in the brochure and by your agency staff. We understood that our specially organized activities would be run by mature friendly hostesses. However on arrival at our destination we have not met a friendly doorman, who has offered to deliver our luggage to the room. As we waited for better conditions in the room, asked to change the room to him our request was ignored. We were told that if we did this it would have to be at our expense. As a result we decided to stay where we were.
Now that we have returned home we feel obliged to draw your attention to our deep dissatisfaction with the service we received.
We hope that this matter will be rectified to our satisfaction in the near future and look forward to hearing from you shortly.

CONTRACT
The contract pursuant to duties
A. Terms
1.1. Under this contract specialist shall perform the duties of the receptionist, and Manager shall create the necessary conditions for the teams to pay him a cash reward and provide social and household goods.

3. The rights and conditions of professional

5. The responsibility of the parties, dispute resolution
5.1. In the event of failure or poor performance of duties under the contract the parties shall be liable under the law and this contract.
5.2. Specialist is not responsible for improper execution of the contract that occurred due to non-executives of their responsibilities under the contract.
5.3. Disciplinary action imposed on the Specialist Team Leader.
5.4. Specialist cover losses caused its enterprises, the amount and manner prescribed by the labor legislation.
5.5. The duty of proving the validity of calling the Specialist to justice, including early dismissal, rests with management and enterprise.
5.6. Disputes between the parties resolved the procedure established by law.
6. Modification and termination of contract
6.1. After the year of this contract, its conditions are analyzed taking into account the practices of the enterprise and justified proposals must take into consideration the parties to the contract making appropriate changes and additions.
6.2. Changes and additions to this contract taken by signing additional agreements.
6.3. This contract shall be terminated:
1) after the expiration of the contract;
2) by agreement of the parties;

4) Specialist initiated before the expiry of the contract in cases covered by paragraph 6.5 of this contract;
5) on other grounds stipulated by the Labour Code, except for those that do not apply under this contract;
6.4. Specialist may be dismissed, and the contract terminated at the initiative of the Head to its expiration:
1) in case of systematic failure without good cause Specialist duties assigned to it under this contract;
2) if a single gross violation of law or Specialist duties under the contract, resulting Enterprises came to significant negative consequences (damages, fines paid, the injured honor of the company, etc.);

6.5. The specialist may on its own initiative terminate the contract before its expiration:

7. Term and other conditions of the contract

7.5. Part not covered by this contract shall be governed by laws that apply to the company, Charter Companies and other documents binding on the parties.
