Passive Voice

I. Translate from Russian into English, using the verbs in the Passive Voice in the Present, Past or Future Simple Tenses.

Нас спросили Нас спрашивают Нас спросят

II. Put the verbs in the brackets in the Present, Past or Future Simple Passive.

III. Choose the right form of the verbs in the brackets.

10. The summary describes the key elements of the business plan.

Ex. 5. Use Passive Voice in the following sentences

1. One of my friends took me to the cinema last week. 2. We'll finish this work in time. 3. They built this house in 1990. 4. They were selling new children's books in that shop when I entered it yesterday. 5. A large group of young people joined us on our way to the station. 6. They are translating this article now. 7. Galsworthy wrote "The Forsyte Saga". 8. Thousands of people attended this meeting. 9. He has just interrupted me. 10. The teacher has explained it to us. 11. We turn on the light when it is dark. 12. The students finished their translation in time. 13. Helen washed the dishes. 14. Betty often took her younger brother for a walk. 15. Mary has made some coffee. 16. Have you ironed your dress yet? 17. Alex mispronounced this word. 18. They have told her the truth. 19. She promised us an interesting entertainment. 20. I'll finish my work at about 7 o'clock. 21.
