Law of International Organizations.

LAW OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS – (L.I.O.

- Branch of international law, combining the principles and rules governing the establishment, legal status, scope of authority and the activities of international organizations. It includes both common to all international organizations, principles and norms as well as individual, reflecting the specifics of individual organizations and groups of organizations. Important place in L.I.O. take the principles and rules relating to the international organization. However, it includes also international law governing the status and activities of non-governmental international organizations. As part L.I.O. distinguish between external and domestic law. The external law are rules that govern the relationship of an international organization with the outside world - its Member States and non-members and other international organizations. For domestic law include rules governing the internal legal relations: the rules of procedure and financial rules, the rules for staff. Sometimes separated into a special group norms ensuring the activities of international organizations in the rulemaking process. L.I.O. is primarily contractual in nature. However, in the course of business, international organizations can create the usual rules of law. The main source L.I.O. is the UN Charter. It establishes general principles and rules relating not only to the UN, but also to other international organizations

Law of International Treaties.

 

The law of treaties - branch of international law, which determines the order of detention, and Termination of Treaties. In theory and practice is used and such a thing as international contract law, which is understood norms by treaties, in contrast to the rules of international custom. It plays a major role in regulating the functioning of international law, determining the order of creation of its provisions, their validity, execution, termination, legal consequences, etc. The law of treaties - the basis of international procedural law with him anyway associated with the formation and functioning of all other industries and institutions of international law.
