Introduction

AIESEC and Deloitte Consulting Ltd have now completed 4 successful years of partnership (2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2006/2007and 2008). This report provides a summary of this partnership since its inception in 2003, its growth, and our vision for the partnership till 2011, with special focus on a proposal for a partnership for the year 2009.

History of the Partnership from 2003 to 2008

a) Highlights for 2003/2004

In 2003, Deloitte Consulting Ltd joined forces with AIESEC in order to help the organization achieve their goals, at the same time enabling the firm to build on their values and objectives to the tune of TZS 350,000, ranking 3^rd in AIESEC’s list of external contributors. In this same year, Mr. Joe Eshun, a Senior Partner at the firm, served in the Advisory Board of the organization, giving very sound advice that helped see AIESEC drive and succeed in reaching its year’s goals. He still serves on the Board to date.

b) Highlights for 2004/2005

Deloitte Consulting Ltd continued to support the organization to the tune of TZS 60,000, ranking13^th in AIESEC’s list of external contributors.

c) Highlights for 2006/2007

This year saw a tremendous increase in the firm’s contribution towards AIESEC totaling an amount of TZS 1,875,000, ranking 8^th in AIESEC’s list of external contributors.
