At the end of the 4-year partnership in 2008, several important points are evident:
Since the inception of the partnership in 2003, these have been the broad objectives of the partnership:
1. Recruit top talent
2. Building the Employer Brand among the university students
3. Long-term source to strengthen the leadership of Deloitte Consulting Ltd
4. Continuous innovation in order to gain a maximum advantage for both organizations.
With the above pointers and objectives, AIESEC has been able to build a vision for the partnership for the next three years (2008/2009, 2009/2010 and 2010/2011).
Till 2011, we see continued investment in Talent.
Increasing the investment and utilization of Talent that AIESEC has to offer, in order for AIESEC to be a “long term source to strengthen the leadership of Deloitte Consulting Ltd as well as for Deloitte Consulting Ltd to be a continuous source of learning for AIESEC”

With the vision for the partnership, AIESEC in Tanzania has identified certain key activities for the partnership in the year 2009 and 2010 which include:
· Deloitte Consulting Ltd recruits a total of 4 interns through the AIESEC Exchange Program
· Deloitte Consulting Ltd becomes the venue sponsor for the Annual Stakeholders Dinner in the year 2009 and 2010
· Deloitte Consulting Ltd supports the Talent Management sub-system of AIESEC in Tanzania for the year 2009 and 2010
· Deloitte Consulting Ltd becomes AIESEC Tanzania’s Official Audit Partner in the year 2010
