2. Advisors of the Club
Specified professional in particular field. Deals mostly with one of the four areas (Communities and Associations, Activities, Seminars, Projects).
A. Planning the events within each field;
B. Providing actual information and resources for particular event;
3. President of the Club
Leading student of the club. Ideological support and inspiration of the club. Coordinator.
A. Provides monthly report to the Instructor;
*annual/monthly report;
B. Coordinates meetings and events among the club members;
*information Search;
*media management (Internet resources)
*design of an event;
C. Operationalization of each activity within the club;
*documentation;
*resources management – financial coordination;
*posting and advertisement;
4. Vice Presidents (Quality Control Committee)
Group of highly organized students. Assistance in coordination.
A. Keeping professional environment within all branches and subbranches of the club;
*archiving and documentation assistance;
B. Regulation and coordination of awards and disciplinary actions;
*consulting members of the club;
C. Coordination assistance
*financial managing (assisting) the club;
*transportation of participants;
*information searching assistance;
*posting and advertisement assisting;
5. Members of Organization Team
“Working bees” of the club. Organizers.
A. Management one of the five branches of the club (organization, communities and associations, activities, projects)
*formation a group for particular event;
*monitoring each step of the plan;
*report to the president of club;
B. Supervision of one of each communities and associations (monthly report of activity, control and planning);
*archivation of data of particular community;
*managing resources of particular community
6. Members of Community and Association
Student of particular interests who has applied to one of any courses of communities and associations in the club.
A. Follows the principles of community;
B. Performs individual duty (based on community’s or association);
*creative tasks and projects
7. Active Club Members (Freshman)
Active member of our club does:
*assist to organization team;
*help to organize some events;
*take moderate responsibility in club (photo report, making video, presentation)
8. Club members (Participant)
Club member is foundation of any club. Club member does:
*participate in events;
*provide feedback;
*share his or her ideas for the club development;
9. Guests of the club (Trial members)
Temporary member of the club. A student tries, discovers, analyzes the activity of a club, and decides: whether it is that what he/she is looking for.
*observation and analysis of club;
Note:
*Quality Control Committee + Organization team = Management team;
*Changing position within the club is made upon Management team’s decision;
