SECTION 2 – QUESTIONNAIRE
You should have found a user/business/organisation that has a problem.
You need to create a questionnaire to find out:
· What is their exact problem
· How their current system works
· Who uses their current system
· What data is collected in their current system
· What do they want your new system to do
· Who will use the new system
· Will different people have different needs from the system
· Have they thought of any other ways to fix their problem?

SECTION 3 – SIMILAR SYSTEMS
You should have finished FORM 1.1- WHAT’S THE PROBLEM and 2.1 – QUESTIONNAIRE.
Now you must look at similar users/business/organisations and see what they do. Maybe they have the same problems, maybe they fixed those problems, maybe you can take some of their ideas or avoid their mistakes.
