He's always late. Он всегда/постоянно/вечно опаздывает.

She's hardly ever in when I call. Её почти никогда нет (на месте/дома), когда я звоню.

3. Самыми употребляемыми позициями частотных наречий в английском языке являются позиции в начале и в конце предложения:

I have an English lesson twice a week. Я хожу на уроки английского дважды в неделю.

Once a week I go dancing with my friends. Раз в неделю я танцую с моими друзьями.
