Exercise 1. Make sure you know all the words in the box. Then read their definitions and match the words with their definitions.

Exercise2. Read the following words and guess their meanings. Mind the stress.

Exercise 3. Make adjectives from the given nouns using suffixes: -al, -ary, -ic, ive.

Exercise 4. Mind the meanings of the following derivatives. Put them into the sentences below.

Exercise 5. Form the degrees of comparison.

Exercise 6. Make the sentences according to the model.
