Researchers have already proved these negative effects on our health

But, overall, they have proved to be a big benefit for all people/The vast majority

Thank you very much that you agreed to put me up at your place during my holiday. It was/I had a holidays of my lifetime.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this journey. The one thing I liked the most was English food. You mother’s specialties were so delicious that they made my mouth water every time I heard the smell of them.
