1. EEmployees of private military and security companies employedact under the contract with these companiesentities and their labor activities and their activities are regulated by the legislation of the States Parties in whoseich territory the company is registered under the domestic law.

2. The provision ofIn case of providing services in therelated to export and/or /import of military and security services, and the activities of personnel of private military and security companies are regulated in accordancecorrespondent withto the legislation of the State Party which issued license and (authorization) on for provision ofimporting such services.

3.1.PPhysical persons employed by private military and security companies should be professionally trained, and vetted according to international standards for the professional appropriateness to provide military and security services as well as to carry out actions related to the use of relevant or particularspecial equipment and firearms.

3. Such training and vetting shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure defined by the legislation of the State Party in which territory private military and/or security company is registered under the domestic law and under international standards on the use of firearms and military or security activities.

4. The personnel of private military and security companies providing military and security services in the territory of the foreign country undertake tohas to respect sovereignty and laws of the receivingis country, refrain from any actions inconsistent with the principleprovided services, not to interfere withinto the domestic affairs of the receivingis country, not to participate in the political activities and in the conflicts in its territory, as well as to take all necessary measures to avoid harm tothe losses among the citizens and causing damage to the environmental and industrial infrastructure, and objects of historical and cultural importance.

5. The personnel of private military and security companies providing military and security services in the territory of the foreign state undertake tohas to observe the norms of international humanitarian law, above all as provided byset out in the Geneva Conventions from August 12, 1949 and in the Additional Protocols from July 8, 1944 and strictly adhere to the norms and standards for protecting of ensuring human rights and freedoms.
