Registration and accountability

1. Each State Party shall take such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish:

- (i) Special and obligatory procedures onf governmental registration of establishment of private military and security companies;

- (ii) Special legal requirements for persons employed to work for private military and security companies;

- Special procedures forof annual reporting on obligatory domestic accountability of private military and security companies,

- Special procedures forof annual reporting on obligatory accountability of foreign private military and security companies providing their services in the territory of the State Party,

- Regulations onProhibition to its nationals and legal entities on to registering private military and security companies in the offshores.

2. Each State Party shall establish and maintain aand support general state registry of private military and security companies.

3. Each State Party shall identifyset out governmental bodies responsible for registry of private military and security companies and exercise control over their activities as well as provideinform other States Parties with relevant information relating to the working of this Convention through the depositary of the present Convention.
